Gastonstones Vs. U.F.O.
Cuando miras los dibujos de Gastonstones nunca sabes muy bien si estás ante las próximas mascotas de las olimpiadas chinas, ante los protagonistas de la última peli de Hayao Miyazaki o si aún perduran los efectos del último viaje psicotrópico que te has pegado, pero de repente el mundo te parece mucho más happy, más “salao” y te entran ganas de saltar y cantar el lalala. Los colores, los personajes llamativos y en sus últimos trabajos las formas laberínticas en blanco y negro definen un estilo propio influenciado a partes iguales por el manga, la MTV, el skate y el street art.
Después de su recién llegada a Barcelona, Gaston Stones (Argentina) acaba de firmar un proyecto de mural en U.F.O. junto a la venta de una serie de camisetas en edición limitada.

I began watching anime TV series by download sometime in 2002, I think. I was definitely keeping an eye on Princess Tutu & Haibane Renmei via downloads, if not on the day of broadcast as we do nowadays. So yeah, by 2006, I was truly deep into it. Mind you, I haven’t saw almost as many hours of anime as you have.
